Instructions: After squeezing the lemon juice, remove the inner membrane and grate the entire lemon peel in a food processor, blender or grater. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 9x13-inch pan. Freeze. Enjoy.
Makes 8- 10 servings. A friend served this to us when we visited in their home in Clinton, Iowa during our vacation. After returning home, I have been making this recipe in our 1-quart ice cream freezer. (I reduce the measurements slightly.) Email this Recipe:
