1 tbl finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbl finely chopped fresh tarragon
1 tbl finely chopped fresh chives
1 tbl finely chopped fresh chervil (or use 1 additional tsp each of chopped tarragon and parsley)
salt to taste
1 lb ziti
2 tbl butter
2 tbl olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I use 3/4 cup)
Instructions:
Instructions: **You can also add some fresh diced tomato-about 1 medium tomato.

Combine the parsley, tarragon, chives and chervil in a small bowl. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot and add salt. Add the ziti and cook about 12 minutes; drain. Return the ziti to the pot and add the butter and oil. Toss briefly and add the herb mixture (and the tomato if you want). Toss and serve immediately with the grated cheese.
