Hot pepper sauce (I omitted) |

Cooked wild rice |
| 2 cup |
Cooked, cubed chicken breasts |
| 2 cup |
Seedless grapes, halved |
| 1/4 cup |
Chopped celery |
| 1/4 cup |
Chopped scallions |

Chopped walnuts (I omitted) |

Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare Orange-Herb Dressing; set aside. Mix salad ingredients and combine with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
