Instructions: Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and zucchini. In separate bowl add al dry ingredients and sift into sugar mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake 45 minutes at 350 . (Fills 3 mini pans - bake same length of time).
