1 cup	Shredded zucchini
1/2 cup	Diced cheddar cheese
2 x	Eggs, beaten
1 sm	Onion, chopped
1/2 cup	Crushed crackers, bread crumbs, or croutons

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix together. Drop by Tablespoonfuls on non-stick skillet in which one T margarine has been melted. Brown each side about 8 minutes on med. heat.
