2 tsp	cinnamon
1/2 tbl	non fat dry milk powder
1/2 tbl	brown sugar
3 cup	bread flour
1/2 tbl	Lighter Bake (or applesauce)
3/4 cup	water
1/3 cup	grated zucchini

Instructions:

Instructions: Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
