Recipe for Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 cup	Margarine
1/2 cup	Sugar
1 x	Egg
1 tsp	Vanilla
1/2 cup	Grated zucchini
1/2 cup	Flour
2 tsp	Baking powder
1 tsp	Cinnamon
1/2 tsp	Salt
1 cup	Chopped nuts

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend as for cookies.

Bake at 350, 8-10 minutes

NOTE: The recipe was given to me by my hairdresser who got it from a client. When I made them, they took closer to 15-18 minutes to bake.

The cookies are very moist and stay chewy.
