Instructions: Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Separately whisk together all the wet ingredients. Pour the wet mixture onto the dry ingredients and combine well with a wooden spoon, taking care only to mix until the ingredients are combined. DO NOT OVERMIX! Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool before removing from the tin. Email this Recipe:
