5 tbl	Bisquick
1/2 cup	cheese, grated
1/4 tsp	salt
1/8 tsp	pepper
2 tbl	onion, minced
2 cup	zucchini, grated
2 x	eggs, beaten
3 tbl	margarine
	Green chilies, to taste

Instructions:

Instructions: Blend Bisquick, cheese, salt and pepper. Add grated zucchini, eggs and green chilies. Mix well. Melt 3 tablespoons margarine in skillet. Fix fritters like potato cakes and fry.
