COMBINE all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Form into 1cm-round patties. Heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry patties until golden brown. For yoghurt dip: 3/4 cup plain yoghurt 1 small cucumber - seeded and grated 1 large clove garlic - crushed 2 tsp lemon juice Method: COMBINE the ingredients for the dip in a bowl and mix well.
