Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
4 cup	Squash, zucchini -- grated
1 med	Onion -- thinly sliced and
	_separated into rings
3/4 cup	Celery -- thinly sliced
1 med	Carrot -- grated
1/2 x	Green pepper -- cut in
	Strips
1/4 cup	Oil -- vegetable
1/3 cup	Taco sauce
2 tsp	Mustard -- prepared
1/4 tsp	Basil leaves -- dried
1/4 tsp	Salt
1/8 tsp	Pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Saute first 5 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in taco sauce, mustard, basil, salt, and pepper. Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
