Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cube butter (or margarine for lite)
1 med yellow onion, minced fine
2 x leeks, washed well, thin sliced, and well rinsed again
2 tbl minced garlic
4 sm to medium zucchini, shredded fine
1 qt heavy cream (or milk for lite)
2 can chicken broth
2 can cream of mushroom soup
2 can cream of chicken soup
Instructions:
Instructions: In large, heavy saucepan, melt butter (margarine). Saute garlic, onions, leeks and zucchini until a green broth begins to form. Add chicken broth and the cans of cream soup. Slowly add the cream (milk). Simmer, stirring constantly.

Add Parmesan cheese just before serving. Salt & Pepper to taste.
