Instructions: Dissolve Jello with boiling water. Add applesauce and lemon juice. Let cool and thicken. Then add the zucchini, carrots, green bell pepper, and onion. Pour in a 6 1/2x10-inch Pyrex pan. Mix Cool Whip and Miracle Whip together and spread over salad. Cut in squares to serve.
