Ingredients:

4 cup Zucchini, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup Shredded processed sharp American cheese
1 cup Chopped onion
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat, drained and cartilage removed or 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
3 x Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Dried oregano
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2). Mix all ingredients together. Spread evenly into casserole. Bake uncovered until golden brown and inserted knife in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.

Garnish with thinly sliced zucchini.
