1 tsp salt
1 cup oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cup sugar 8 tsp sweetner
2 cup zucchini squash peeled and grated
1 cup nuts chopped
2 tsp vanilla
3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs, oil and sugar. Add zucchini and vanilla. Sift flour with dry ingredients. Stir into mixture and add nuts. Bake 1 hour. 2 loaf
