Instructions: Cut zucchini lengthwise, then slice each half into 3 to 4 lengthwise pieces. Cut these into 4 to 5" fingers Dip in a milk, egg, salt and pepper wash. Roll in Italian Bread Crumbs. Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 400 - 425. Serve with Horseradish Sauce.
