2 sm Zucchini Sliced
1 med Onion Sliced
1 lrg Tomato Cut In Chunks
1 tbl Olive Oil Or
Vegetable Oil
3/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: 1 Sheet (18 x 24") Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Preheat oven to 450F or preheat grill to med-high.

Center vegetables on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.

Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasonings.

Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.

Bake 20 - 25 min on a cookie sheet in oven OR Grill 12 - 14 min in covered grill.

Makes 4 - 6 servings
