Recipe for Zucchini and Parmesan Pie

1 med	Grated onion
4 cup	Grated zucchini
1/2 cup	Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbl	Chopped parsley
1 cup	Bisquick
4 x	Eggs
1/2 cup	Oil
1/2 tsp	Nutmeg
1/2 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (with butter) a 9x13 inch pan. Combine all ingredients except eggs and oil. Beat eggs and oil together, then mix into zucchini mixture. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until center sets. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
